February 9, 10. 2011 MOHLTC Inspection Report: follow-up to April 27, 2010 Inspection

This is the first Inspection carried out under the new Long-term Care Act 2007. It includes a "Written Notification of Non-Compliance" and a request for a Voluntary Plan of Correction/Plan. The report requests an improvement in the Infection Prevention and Control Program in the following area: improved cleaning of wash basins and bed pans.
